Our Story

Jax Bread Co. is a local artisan bakery, formerly Boutique du Pain, founded by Nana Hammond, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute.​  With her passion for traditional craft baking and cooking with fresh ingredients, she brings to your table freshly baked breads, pastries, sandwiches, soups and more. All menu offerings are made from scratch in their open-plan kitchen​.

Jax Bread Co. prides itself in sourcing Unbleached Flours containing NO POTASSIUM BROMATE and other unnecessary preservatives/additives.
