Jax Bread Co has a passion for traditional craft baking and cooking with fresh ingredients. With its humble beginnings from the kitchen of Owner & Executive Chef, Nana Bonsu-Hammond, graduate of The International Culinary Center(the formerly known French Culinary Institute, NYC). Chef Nana has almost 2 decades of experience in her craft and loves to create unpretentious and simple food that hits your palate in a big way!

You will enjoy rustic and flavorful NY Style Sourdough Bagels, Stuffed Bagels, a variety of French Sourdough Breads, Made to order Breakfast & Lunch Sandwiches, Coffee and more. All our menu offerings are made from scratch in our open-plan kitchen.
