Our PASSION

We exist to create carefully handcrafted European pedigree breads and morning pastries made with traditional long fermentation process that helps retain flavor and nutrients. Our sandwiches and soups are made from scratch with carefully selected ingredients of the finest quality. We use UNBLEACHED/UNBROMATED FLOURS due to the health dangers associated with Bromated Flours used in other Bakeries. We buy from food distribution companies and also endeavor to buy LOCAL to help sustain local businesses in our community.
